The house is laid out on 2 floors and comprises 200m² of living space. The house comes with Wi-Fi and central heating.

Ground Floor: 

• The entrance hallway provides access to the kitchen, lounge and stairs up to the first floor. There is a guest WC just off the hall.
• The spacious lounge comes with 2 sofas and a number of armchairs arranged around a working fireplace. There is a TV with UK TV channels. French windows lead out onto the south-facing terrace.
• The kitchen is equipped withan electric hob, two ovens, a dishwasher, a fridge, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. French windows provide access to the terrace.

First Floor: 

• Bedroom 1 is fitted with a large King-size double bed (which can also be separated into 2 single beds) and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a large bath, a separate shower, wash basin and WC .
• Bedroom 2 has a King-size double bed (which can also be separated into 2 single beds).
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom.
• There is a family bathroom which has a bath, a separate shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

 Outside:

• The stunning hangar is a great place to spend time on those sunny winter days. It comes with a range of patio furniture, a dining table and a ping pong table. You have beautiful views over the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside.  Note not available in Winter.
• Next to the hangar, there is a well-equipped summer kitchen which is fitted with a fridge, sink, dishwasher and a complete set of crockery and cutlery. There is also another dining table, comfortably seating ten people. Note not available in Winter.
• There is a private heated swimming pool (10m x 4) with Roman steps and a pool alarm.  Note not available in Winter.
• Along the rear of the house there is a south-facing terrace with stunning views over the pool area and the countryside beyond. There is a good range of patio chairs.
• In the garden you will find a children's play area, a sand pit, a trampoline, a Croquet lawn and a pitch and putt area. 

Country house for long term rental Southern France - Prices

Le Moulin can be rented for 3-6 months between October to April. In addition to the rental price, there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Firewood to be purchased separately. Pets may be accepted (through prior agreement).  

The Pool and Hangar and Hangar kitchen are NOT available during the winter. Long term rentals do not include the master bedroom on the ground floor or the Moulin bedroom unless by agreement
