The house enjoys amazing views over the nearby wine estates and provides a relaxing stay in the heart of French wine country. The house is very well placed for accessing Bergerac airport and all medieval villages and towns in Dordogne, such as La Roque-Gageac, Eymet, Domme, Beynac-et-Cazenac and Belves.

The house is laid out over 2 floors and comes with a fireplace, central heating and Wi-Fi internet. One of the bedrooms can also be converted into a home office (if required).

Ground floor

• The stunning living room comes with a Cathedral ceiling, with exposed beams and a stone fireplace. The lounge is equipped with a a large sofa, 2 armchairs and an oak wine barrel that is used aa an Apero-station. There is a wood burning stove.
• The well-equipped kitchen comes with a large island and an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer. There are plenty of glasses, plates, cups and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a dining area with a long wooden table that can seat 6-8 people.
• Bedroom 1 is fitted with a Queen-size double bed and fitted wardrobes.
• Bedroom 2 has a King-size double bed and fitted wardrobes
• Bedroom 3 comes with a Queen-size double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and wash basin.
• There is a separate WC.

First floor

• There is a family bathroom with corner bath (with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 4 has a single bed.
• Bedroom 5 can either be set up as a twin bedroom or can be used as a home office with desk.

Outside

• The house is set on a large plot and enjoys panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards.
• The is a large swimming pool with surrounding sun terrace.
