The farmhouse provides 160m2 of living space and is laid out over 2 floors. Underneath the farmhouse there is a cellar with the original stone vaulted ceiling. Inside there are many period features including exposed oak beams and stone walls.

Ground floor

The ground floor features a large open plan L-Shaped living room, a double bedroom and bathroom.

• The farmhouse kitchen is equipped with a sink, gas hob, combi-microwave oven, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. It is very well equipped with cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery.
• The sitting room features exposed beams, a large inglenook fireplace and quarry-tiled floor.
• There is a dining area comes with an oak table, 8 chairs + 1 high chair.
• Bedroom 1 is a large sunny room on ground floor with a double bed, writing desk and piano, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• The bathroom comes with a full size bath, shower attachment, wash basin and toilet.

First floor

There are 2 good-sized bedrooms with stone walls and exposed oak beams:

• Bedroom 2 features a double bed and 1 single bed. A baby cot is also available.
• Bedroom 3 comes with 3 single beds and a child's low sided French cot.

This beautiful stone built farmhouse in the Lot department in France is available for long term rentals between October to May. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month stay. In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision of €350 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating. Minimum stay is 3 months. 12 month long term rentals may be available through negotiation. Pets maybe accepted through prior agreeement.
