The rental prices for this beautiful farmhouse near Grasse, Cote d´Azur are monthly and do not include the utility bills. The rental price will vary according to length of rental period and season. There is a monthly provision of €500 towards the utility bills.

Off season long term rentals (October to April): €4000 per month + bills

Mid-season rentals (May, June & September): €6000 per month + bills

Please enquire for 12 month long term rental prices. This property rents for €5,000 per week during July and August, so the rental rates will be considerably higher during July and August.
