• In the kitchen there is a hob, small dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine and a large fridge-freezer. There are plenty of cupboards for storage and the apartment comes with a set of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils.
• The bedroom contains a double bed (140cm x 190cm), fitted wardrobes and a patio door which lead out onto the terrace.
• The bathroom comes with a bath, overhead shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC.
• The apartment has electric heating.

• The sunny covered terrace is 15m² and has a patio table & chairs and 2 reclining chairs. The terrace has nice sea views.
• Th apartment comes with a reserved car parking place (although the residential area is mainly pedestrianised).
