The villa is laid out over 2 floors and is located in a quiet neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of the town centre. 

Ground floor

• The villa has a large open plan kitchen which comes with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The villa has a full set of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a dining area which features a double height ceiling. The large dining table which can seat 8-10 people. Patio doors lead out from the dining area to a terrace with patio table and chairs and a retractable awning.
• The comfortable lounge has a corner sofa, armchair and open fireplace. The flat screen TV comes with French and English channels and substantial collection of DVDs. There is a Bang & Olufsen audio system with CDs.
• Next to the lounge, the Master bedroom comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The bedroom has air conditioning (reversible for heat in the winter months).
• There is also a guest WC on this floor.

First floor

• Bedroom 2 comes with an antique Sleigh bed and fitted wardrobes.
• Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with air conditioning.
