Long term rental by the beach South France - facilities

The house is laid out over 4 floors and comes with reversible air conditioning:

Ground floor

• On the right as you enter the house there is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
• There is also a garage, which has direct access from the square at the back of the house. The garage is useful for storing bikes and other small items. There is a small patio table and chairs which you can put out onto the square.

First floor

• There is a spacious lounge, which has views out over the square at the back of the house. The lounge comes with air conditioning. There is a sofa, 2 armchairs, a small TV and a dining table.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of storage space.

Second floor

• There is a large double bedroom with a comfortable bed. The bedroom has views out over the square towards the School of Music.
• The bathroom comes with a bath, overhead shower and a double sink unit. There is a separate WC next to the bathroom.

Top floor

• There is a large double bedroom, which comes with a standard size double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. The bedroom has a reversible air conditioning unit. 
• There is a roof terrace which is equipped with a barbecue and patio furniture. The terrace is very private and is not overlooked.

The house is available for long term rentals between October to May. The prices quoted below are based on an 8 month rental period. Higher prices will apply for shorter rental periods and rentals in September and June. The rental prices do not include the utility bills (there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes). Minimum stay is 3 months.
