The cottage is located in the centre of Marseillan, on a quiet mainly pedestrian street. The house was fully renovated in 2023 and provides 60m2 of living accommodation. The house comes with air conditioning (reversible for heat in the winter) and a good Wi-Fi connection.

Ground floor

• You enter into the living room, which comes with a comfortable sofa, arm chair and coffee table.
• There is also a WC on this floor.

First floor

• The double bedroom is a lovely room with exposed stone walls and a a small Juliette balcony. There is a Queen-size double bed (160cm x 200cm), a chest of drawers and a cupboard with hanging space.
• Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and wash basin.

Top floor

There is an open plan kitchen-diner, with access out onto the terrace.

• The small kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, percolator, induction cooker and electric oven, toaster, kettle, citrus press, and blender. There is a washing machine. 
• The dining table can seat 2-4 people

Outside

• The roof terrace comes with a small outdoor lounge area, a BBQ and a hammock. This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of local rosé in the Mediterranean sun.
• Two vintage folding bikes are at your disposal as well as a picnic set for a lovely lunch or dinner at the beach.
• There is free (public) parking near the house.

This cottage in Marseillan, South France, is available for long term rentals between November to March. Minimum stay is 2 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €150 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi.  Sorry but pets are not allowed. Please note, the Owners do rent this property quite successfully during the late Spring and Summer period. They will consider rentals up until the end of May, but they have to set the rates to cover most of what they would normally earn from Airbnb rentals.
