The house is located on a small private estate in a quiet residential area of Argeles-sur-Mer. The house is 45m² and is laid out over 2 floors.

Ground floor

You enter through the front garden into the kitchen-diner.

• The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 ring hob and microwave. There is a breakfast bar with storage underneath for plates, glasses and cooking utensils. Please note, there is not an oven
• The dining area has a table which can seat 4 people and a wall mounted TV.
• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, bedside cabinets and a single loft bed above. A set of French windows lead out onto the patio at the back of the house.
• There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and wash basin. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.
• There is a separate WC.

First floor

• There is a lounge with a corner sofa, coffee table and a Futon-style sofa bed (which folds out to form a double bed).
• Bedroom 2 has a double bed, with a single loft bed above. There is a large wardrobe.

Outside

• The front garden has a small table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee.
• The patio at the back of the house comes with a table & chairs and a parasol. There is a gas BBQ and also a shed for storage.
• The communal swimming pool is open from May to early October

Beach house for long term rentals South France - prices

The beach house is available for monthly rentals between October to May. The minimum stay is normally 3 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €175 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes.
