The apartment is located on the second floor of an old 17th Century town house in the centre of Pezenas.

• The open plan living room contains the lounge, dining area, kitchen and utility room.
• The comfortable lounge features high ceilings and 2 sets of French windows which let plenty of light flood into the apartment. There is a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a flat screen TV.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The cellier just off the kitchen has a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
• There is also a washing machine at your disposal in the apartment.

There are two bedrooms.

• The Master bedroom features 14 foot high ceilings and a Queen-sized double bed. There is a small dresser and closet.
• The second bedroom has two single beds and features original beams that date back nearly 300 years.
• The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower and stylish wash basin. There is a separate WC with hand basin Enjoy a therapeutic experience on the stone shower floor. 

South France apartment rentals long term - prices

The apartment can be rented on a monthly basis between September to June. Rentals for July and August may be possible, but a higher rate will apply. In addition to the rent, there is a €200 fixed charge for the electricity, water and Wi-Fi.
