The house is laid out over three levels and provides 140m2 of living space.

Ground floor

• You enter into the entrance hall, with stairs up to floors 1 and 2.
• There is a guest bedroom, which can also be used as an home office.
• There is a bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
• A door provides access to the attached garage which provides plenty of storage space. The garage has an electric door which offers convenient access.

First floor

The main open plan living room consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room, in a warm and bright atmosphere. Stairs lead up from the living room to the the second floor and roof terrace.

• The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large American fridge-freezer, microwave and plenty of storage space. There is a central island with breakfast bar.
• The dining room has a round table which can seat 4-6 people.
• The lounge has 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and flat screen TV.
• The Master bedroom is a large room with dressing area and an adjoining bathroom.

Second floor

• There is a cozy sitting room with sliding patio doors which lead out onto the terrace
• Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed and an en suite shower room.

Outside

• The roof terrace on the top floor of the house is a large sunny space, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views across the village rooftops and Mont Canigou in the distance.

The house is available for rent for up to 6 months from October through to May. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €225 towards the electricity, water, heating Wi-Fi and local taxes. Minimum stay is usually 3 months.
