The Cottage is located in a very quiet area of the city, just opposite the famous Canal du Midi. The cottage comes with reverse air conditioning for heating and cooling, as well as a large wood burning stove.

• There is a lovely living room with a comfy day bed and sofa.
• The cottage comes with a TV and free Wifi.
• The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and microwave.
• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom, with wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a large double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• The bedrooms are fitted with luxurious cotton sheets and fluffy white towels.

Outside:

• The living room leads out onto the terrace, which features patio furniture and a parasol.
• The window opens out on to the canal so you can watch the boats go by. There is a table and chairs to sit outside where you can enjoy our local wines or beers.

Prices are monthly and do not include utilities. There is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, internet and local taxes. Price will depend on length of stay and season. The minimum stay is 3 months.
