Ground floor

• Step down into a fabulous open-plan lounge and dining area with comfy seating, fast WiFi, Smart TV with English Sat channels.
• The living room features beautiful oak beams and a large wood burner.
• The lounge also gives access to the south facing terrace, outdoor dining area and beyond to a private garden and pool.
• There is a bathroom with a bath, hand basin and WC.

First floor

• Upstairs there is a large luxurious master bedroom which overlooks the garden and French countryside. 
• The bedroom has polished wooden floors, large south-facing shuttered windows and soft inviting beds with super comfortable mattresses and cool, crisp white linen.
• There is an en suite shower room
• Bedroom 2 contains a double bed
• Bedroom 3 also comes with a double bed
• A baby cot can also be provided

Outside: there is a generous garden with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool is not available from October to April. There is parking for several cars.
