The apartment is located on the second floor of an 19th century town house, close to the centre of the city. The apartment comprises 80m2 and is laid out over 2 floors. The apartment is heated by modern radiators and air conditioning (reversible). The apartment also has use of a garage for storage or for parking a small car.

First floor

• The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. There is a full set of plates and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils. Good storage.
• Next to the kitchen there is a dining area featuring a bespoke designer table with seating for 4 people. 
• The living room is beautifully furnished and comes with a 42" television and a sofa (which folds out to form a double bed). 
• Next to the living room there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The bathroom also contains a washer-dryer.

Second floor

• A set of stairs take you up to the large Master suite, which is full of light and contains exposed beams.
• The bedroom comes with a King-size double bed, plus a further single bed (suitable for a child or adult). The bedroom has storage shelves and a hanging space. The bedroom has an air conditioning unit (reversible for heating).
• The en-suite bathroom comes with a wash basin and WC. There is also a free-standing bath with overhead shower.

This apartment is available for long term rentals from 3 to 12 months. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month off-season stay (October to April). Higher prices may apply to shorter stays and rentals over the summer period. In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision of €175 per month towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months. Due to the numerous pieces of artwork in the apartment, all guests are required to have insurance (travel or tenant's insurance) to cover accidental damage to the contents.
