The property is located in a small hamlet and consists of a restored farmhouse and a modern barn conversion (both connected internally). Both buildings originate from the late 1850's, and for many years it was a thriving livestock farm. 

Ground floor

• The farmhouse has a lovely lounge with a wood burner, flat screen TV, blue-ray player and music system.
• On the barn conversion side of the property, there is a very generous kitchen with a sofa and a large dining table that can seat 8-10 people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is plenty of storage and the kitchen has a full set of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine, iron & ironing board.
• There is also a further small kitchen in the farmhouse with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee maker.
• There is a large sitting room (in the barn conversion) arranged around a stone fireplace. The sitting room has a double height ceiling and large patio windows fitted into the original entrance to the barn. A set of stairs leads up to the bedroom suite on the first floor.

First floor

• The beautiful master bedroom suite is located in the farmhouse. The bedroom has views over the countryside and is flooded with light from two large windows. The bedroom comes with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
• The en suite bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 2 is a spacious twin bedroom with exposed beams and a large Velux window.
• Bedroom 3 comes with 2 single beds.
• Both bedrooms share a family bathroom.
• Bedroom 4 is a large bedroom suite, located on the first floor of the barn conversion. This is an ideal space for guests.
• The en-suite bathroom has a shower, wash basin and cubicle.

Outside

• There is a delightful garden with mature trees, plants and lawn. The property enjoys continuous sunshine all day and you can enjoy the sunsets in the evening over a BBQ and a bottle or two of the local wine.
• There are a selection of dining terraces, all with stunning views of the rolling countryside.
• The large swimming pool is closed between mid-September and mid-May.
