The house is laid out on 2 floors and comes with central heating and Wi-Fi internet.

Ground floor:

• There is a large open plan living room which features a a sitting room with a sofa, armchairs and a large antique dresser and a TV snug with large sofa, armchair and a fireplace (with wood burner).
• There is a games room with table football and board games. The games room also has a sofa and armchair.
• The open plan kitchen/dining room features a long dining table with seating for 10 people. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The house comes with plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and iron & ironing board.

First floor:

• The Master Bedroom comes with a Super King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
• Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and bedside cabinets. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and WC.
• Bedroom 3 is fitted with 2 single beds
• Bedroom 4 is also a twin room.
• The family bathroom has a  bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
• There is also a separate WC.

Adjoining gite:

• The gite is accessed through a private entrance.
• The gite has a large kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge and kettle. There is a dining table with seating for 4 people.
• Bedroom 1 comes with a Super King-size bed and bedside cabinets.
• Bedroom 2 is a twin room with 2 single beds and a bedside cabinet.
• The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:

• There is a large 12m x 5m swimming pool (unheated). Next to the pool there is a lovely covered terrace for outdoor dining. 
• There is a BBQ area with a traditional charcoal barbecue
• There is a large garden mainly laid to lawn
• There is parking for several cars.

The house is available for long term rentals between October to April. The rental price quoted is for the main house (4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms). The adjoining gite can also be rented in conjuntion with the main house, please enquire for price. The gite is not rented separately to the main house.

In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the utility bills and local taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months.

Long term rentals (October to April): from €1500 per month + bills.
