The cottage is laid out all on one level and provides 65m² of living space. All rooms come with radiators linked to the gas central heating.

• You enter the cottage into the kitchen. This is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine microwave, washing machine, iron/ironing board and refrigerator. A freezer is available in the outhouse next door.
• The living room comes with 2 large sofas, a wood burning stove, TV and exposed beams. There is also a large bookcase which contains a great choice of books and board games. The TV can receive both UK and French channels and Netflix.
• There is a dining table with seating for 4 people. 
• The master bedroom is very generous in size and contains a large wardrobe (with hanging space and shelves) and a large sideboard. There is also a small French dressing table and stool. In the corner there is a wash basin.
• Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have high quality linen and towels.
• The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and a handbasin.

Outside:

• There is a private decking area with a BBQ, a table and chairs and a Parasol.
• There is parking for several cars
• Guests have use of the large garden surrounding the farmhouse.
