The cottage is located adjacent to the Owner's home, but it is detached and the shrubs and trees provide plenty of privacy. Inside the cottage is light, bright and airy. The cottage is accessed via a private lane lined by Cherry trees.

• The large veranda (35 m2) at the front of the cottage, has lovely views out over the valley and is a great space for sitting out or having an evening meal. The veranda provides access to all the rooms.
• There is a large living room which contains the lounge, dining table and kitchen. The living room has exposed beams and patio doors which lead out to the veranda. There is a large fireplace with a wood burning stove.
• The lounge has a sofa, a pair of armchairs, a small flat screen TV (with UK sat tv) and Wi-Fi.
• The country-style kitchen comes with an oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
• Bedroom 1 is a beautiful room with oak beams and exposed stone walls. There is a four-poster double bed (Queen size), plus a single bed. There is an en-suite toilet with basin.
• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a Queen-sized double bed and an antique cot. Both bedrooms are oak beamed, pitched ceilings and exposed stone. Both bedrooms have electric blankets and ceiling fans.
• There is a large bathroom which comes with a walk-in power shower, full size bath with overhead shower, a bidet, WC, and a Victorian style wash basin.
• The cottage has a washing machine, ironing board and steam iron. 

Outside

• There is shaded covered parking for a couple of cars.
• During 2025, the swimming pool will be replaced with a Gazebo and a hot tub spa.
• The garden is mainly laid to lawn and has a number of mature trees and shrubs.
• Beyond the garden there is a large vegetable allotment located on a large terrace of land

L'Oustalnebe cottage for long term rentals France - prices

The cottage is available for long term rentals of up to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €175 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Firewood to be purchased separately. The rental price quoted is based on a 12 month lease, higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods.
