This period house dates back to 1657 and features the original vaulted stone  ceilings, which was originally used for storing wine and livestock. The house is laid out over 3 floors and provides 90m² of living space plus a 15m_² courtyard. 

Ground floor:

• There is a small entrance hall, with stairs leading up to the first floor.
• The large kitchen is a beautiful space with the vaulted ceiling, antique dresser and modern kitchen units and appliances. There is a large range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Espresso machine, kettle and a fridge-freezer. There is plenty of storage space and the house comes with a full set of cups, plates and cutlery.
• The beautiful and spacious living room comes with a fireplace with wood burner, large dining table and a comfortable sofa. Patio doors lead out to the courtyard garden. There is storage space under the stairs.

First floor:

• There is a large landing with a large antique wardrobe and shelving.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a King-size double bed (which can be separated to form 2 single beds), fitted wardrobes and shelves and a chest of drawers. The bedroom comes with air conditioning.
• The bathroom features a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The washing machine is located in the bathroom
• There is a large open plan space which can be used as an home office, studio or music room.

Second floor:

• The large Master bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside tables and an en suite bathroom (with free-standing bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin). The bedroom comes with air conditioning.
• Patio doors lead out from the bathroom to the private balcony, which has stunning views over the rooftops to the countryside beyond.

Outside:

• There is a courtyard garden featuring thick stone walls, paved floor and Mediterranean plants. There is a small store room.
• There are plenty of free parking spaces just a few meters from the house.

The house is available for long term rentals of up to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €200 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Firewood to be purchased separately. Minimum stay is 3 months. Pets accepted through prior agreement of the Owner.
