The cottage is laid out all on one level and comprises 60m2 of living space. At the front of the cottage is a small enclosed garden, with a patio table and chairs and parasol. This is a nice space to enjoy a morning coffee or a meal on a warm summer's evening.

• The open-plan living room comes with a lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There are lovely exposed oak beams and an original fireplace and features. There is a large wood burner which provides plenty of heat for the whole property. The cottage has Wi-Fi.
• The lounge has a comfortable sofa, with a coffee table and lamps. There is a HD TV with curved screen. The TV has a full range of French channels, some international channels and can provide Netflix and a wider range of international TV through streaming services.
• The kitchen is newly installed and comes with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, espresso coffee machine and plenty of storage space. There is a full set of plates, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with 2 stools.
• There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
• Next to the lounge area there is a laundry room/guest WC. This room has the washing machine and some storage space.
• The large bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a door out to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

• There is an enclosed terrace garden with patio area with table, chairs and parasol.

Cottage for long term rentals South France - prices

The Chateau Cottage is available for long term rentals between 6-12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €150 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Firewood to be purchased separately. Minimum stay is usually 6 months. No smoking inside the house.

Long term rentals (6 months October to April): from €600 per month + bills)
