The house is built in the grounds of a large old Mansion. From the street, you enter into the private terrace and up a ramp to the main entrance.

Ground floor

The main door leads into the large kitchen/sitting room with a double height ceiling and exposed wooden beams.

• The lounge has 2 sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. The house comes with fibre internet.
• The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The house comes with a full set of plates, cutlery and glasses, as well as a range of cooking utensils. 
• There is a dining table which can seat up to 6 people.
• Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin
• Bedroom 2 is another a double bedroom with a wet room with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. The bedroom is designed for wheelchair access.

Lower ground floor

• Stairs leads down to Bedroom 3 which is a large room with a double bed, sofa and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Outside

• There is a small terrace, with outdoor seating for 6 people and a table for dining al fresco. The terrace has lovely views of the 3th Century church in Capestang. There is also a BBQ.

The house is available to rent for up to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €200-€300 (depending on the season) to contribute towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating. The minimum stay is usually 3 months.
